Abstract

The poetical universe of the subjects of Qasmi's work, perspectives of his thought, sensibilities and delicacies of perception are very profound and wide. This research essay makes a brief and comprehensive analytical survey of Ahmad Nadim Qasmi's relation with progressive movement and his resistance against suppression and exploitation. He is a sworn enemy of any kind and shape of social, religious, economic and political oppression. His poetry reflects and stresses the freedom of human mind and soul.
