"The Letters of Josh Malih Abadi": A Critical Study

Abstract

Josh Maleh Abadi is the eminent personality of Urdu literature. His contribution is matchless in the field of poetry and prose. His personality was very interesting and its shades depict through his autobiography 'Yadoon Ki Bara' at ' too. Psycho analysis of his personality shows different shades of his life. Although, he was blamed for many issues but he remained innocent and bold at the same time. This article is analytical study of his letters that were compiled by his friends Raghib Murad Abadi. These letters thorw light on his behaviour, sentiments, love affairs, scandals, grief and pleasure etc. It elaborates the behaviour of society to wards him and unfolds many knots of prevailing realities.
